Does EY GDS allows internal transfer to countries like Canada and the US. Although, I understand that technically these countries have different entities such as EY Canada and EY US but do they provide any help here?
Let's say I get the Canada PR myself, will my manger at EY GDS recommend me to EY Canada? That won't be an internal transfer but still will be helpful enough to get a job once I move to Canada?

I have just joined an organization and agreed for night shift. I thought I could manage it as I have done it earlier.
