I joined IBM on 30 May 22 & bench since then (Skillset: D 365 F&O)
There are no projects & my PSP told me to get allocated into AX 2012 which is an older versiom of the ERP software.
I got an automated mail today saying:
"Any refusal to accept available assignments offered by WFM Manager or to participate in interviews will be viewed as failure to comply with instructions of management & will attract disciplinary action."
Will I be forced to resign if I do not join a random project?

Hi folks, I'm a new joinee in tcs. I have been allocated to a project in tcs a month ago and still my on boarding at client side is not completed. For those of you who had an allergic reaction to the COVID vaccine, how did you get a vaccine exemption? I had mine last year, experienced vertigo for 3 days, but didn't go to the doctor (since it went away the 4th day). I checked the CDC website, saw vertigo isn't listed under normal symptoms, and cancelled my appointment for the 2nd dose. I had an interview recently for a hybrid role and they asked me how I'll get an exemption, since they aren't sure themselves how exemptions work

What is the best time of the year to be in the notice period?

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. I have not got a response from her yet on the mails, should I contact the hiring partner directly? other firm is asking me to update as well.

Received the offer from EY for M role, on call and email on Wednesday and also received a mail from the partner about it. Told them I will be accepting the offer. Had another offer & already received their contract , now I don't want to say no to the other firm before I sign the contract with EY. Which I am being told will only be ready next week.
