Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

My wife got a badly inflamed gallbladder, which is a lesser known side effect primarily among women, and had to go to the ER.
Her PCP was very understanding and wrote a note for her to get booster exemption. Since you didnt see a doctor it will probably be very hard for you, but I would talk to your PCP. If they’re reasonable, or if they identify some kind of risk factor, they might write you an exemption.
Every employer is different, but paperwork from a board-certified MD goes a long way.
Thanks. It went away for a week, but they told her they might have to remove it if it didnt improve on its own.
Good luck chatting with your doctor!
Actually, according to the NIH, vertigo is a side effect. They actually did a small study on it.

Vertigo isn’t typically a symptom of an allergic reaction, and when it does happen, it’s usually in people with seasonal allergies. It does look like some smaller studies found that vertigo may be a less common side effect of the covid vaccines, particularly Pfizer. Ultimately, this is a question for your doctor, but I honestly wouldn’t hold out hope that they’d give you an exemption.
I believe the CDCs adverse events reporting system VAERs is not very good so it might be why you haven’t seen it posted.
