I am a salesforce developer, I want to do salesforce admin stuff on the side. Its usually super easy and I could probably do like 10 hours a week of work. But idk how to find some business to hire me for like 40 hours a month. Small shops aren't usually using recruiters I would think?

So, this is a little awkward, but I recently moved to SD for a fresh start, and honestly, I love this city. My problem is I have been more of a homebody since I moved here and I'm a little intimidated to go out and meet people because I don't feel like I fit in here. My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.
