Do you have a prenup? What does it involve?
I got H1B Visa and 83000 USD dollar petition amount as annual package.I am confused as this amount will be enough to survive there with wife and 7 year old daughter. My wife is working here and together we are earning 50LPA annual. We are settled here by owning house too.Confusion is my wife will not be able to work there on H4 Visa so the kind of life we are living here will not be possible there.Thoughts?Suggestions?Pros and Cons?

Also Prosystem diagnostics are way better. In GoSystem you need an IT degree to figure out half the diagnostics
As a user of both onesource and corptax from a tax technology group.. corptax is better overall but it's built for larger clients. The learning curve is very steep.. onesource is better for smaller clients .. learning curve is fairly elementary. in my opinion comparatively onesource is a typewriter and corptax is a database
It has competition? Need to me
CorpTax is my favorite for being robust but the learning curve is hella steep.
Prosystem master race. I hate how slow gosystem is and having to update the application every couple of weeks is a PITA
News* to me
This is as the office expert in GoSystems for 4 years and office expert in ProSystems for 2 years.
Agree there
Been Using both systems for 10years and before leaving PA was on corptax super user and implementation certificate track
Corptax is more integrated, but harder to use.
If you have international, CorpTax hands down. But if you don’t it’s whatever
ProSystems can be ok but it seems like flow-throughs are an afterthought. For example a lot of the inputs on S Corp returns can’t be cross referenced so you can’t figure out where to put the numbers and it’s not the same as p-ships/C corps. And the states can be awful too
OneSource income tax being the industry version of GoSystems?
Yes
I’ve found the GoSystems a close 2nd due to flexibility. Pro systems has some good points, but is a little less flexible. Most other ones...not really robust or flexible.
What really? I have the opposite opinion I think corptax is much more intuitive
OP are you asking about Income Tax Provision or Income Tax Compliance? I don't have compliance experience with these tools but from an income tax provision perspective it took CorpTax Tax Provision 30 minutes to recalculate the tax provision each time my client needed to make even the most minor adjustments to the State tax provision. OneSource Income Tax Provision hands down winner.
