Hello! How did you get started with excel as an HR professional? What are some good resources for me to develop my excel skills (courses, certifications, etc)? People often say YouTube but as a hands on learner I’d like something more interactive that will test me.

I need some advice, Wife forced me to buy her a $68,000 car with 1000/monthly payment for 6 years. We need to sell now due to potential move out of country. Best offer from dealers is 52k. At what point do you draw the line on WLB? Working insane hours on a long/term project with what feels like no end in sight. It’s not sustainable but clearly expected. Could you get fired for drawing lines in the sand and saying (example) “come 8:30 every night I’m logging off”. That’s a 65 hour work week as-is but I currently am up until midnight working consistently. For context I’ve been rated as a strong performer consistently and am not new to the job so it’s not a lack of understanding.
