I had a disbarred attroney interview for a assistant position. The conduct was effectively she had emotional issues, abandoned her clients and then was disbarred.

She seems as if she got the help she needs and can move on productively. The pros are she can effectively do everything I do and she is cheep. (For obvious reasons).

What kind of Masters program would you recommend for someone hoping to make it into a senior leadership/executive role in Comms/PR? I have over 6 yrs of experience in Comms in public/private sector. However, I haven't had any formal education in Comms/Journalism which I have felt always put me at a disadvantage. My question is, is there an advantage of doing a Masters to improve my chances of getting into a leadership role? If so, would an MBA be better than a Masters in PR/Comms?

My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.

Does anyone have any experience with MNTN’s CTV solution? It seems like it’s got a lot of what’s needed in the CTV space, but I worry about if it can scale all that well, as well as the next 12-18 months of viability as privacy lockdown takes hold. Their system appears like it could be on pretty shaky ground without ad identifiers that are disappearing.
