HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?
Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. lol it happens. Gotta learn to not get too attached to your ideas early. Especially until the client sees it. The amount of times I’ve had my heart broken from it 💔 and even then it still can fall apart. LOVE this industry
It eventually comes together tho
My favorite is always "I think you're on the right track..." If you think about it, there's a lot of vagueness embedded in that simple statement. It pretty much means you're not really anywhere, but, hey, you could be on the right track. Great.
Gotta break a few eggs to make an omelette.
You kind of have to understand almost everything you present will get killed or wrecked eventually, but you have to work like it’s going to get made.
That’s when you ask “what elements of this are working and what should I keep pushing?” It’s super disheartening to get feedback like that, but also gotta get something actionable out of your CD so you can meet their expectations without having to guess what they are.
A great question to ask so you don’t completely start over
Better than, “Start over.”
I mean they didn’t yell at me, but what are they gonna do? Move forward with work that’s not good enough?
