I’ve been working at my current company for 11 years, for the past year I have been waiting for a promised promotion. I have been fully remote for 7 years pretty much good work life. Busy. In April they said I have the job still waiting. I am a project accountant III to a finance business manager.Could be long nights &stress. Still unknown pay maybe 20k increase.. Last week I was offered a govt job at NGA (Budget analyst) 40k increase not guaranteed remote. 45 min drive +retirement

I have 3.11 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer.
With hands-on implementation of ITSM, CSM modules including integrations, good in scripting, virtual agent, flows.
Also ServiceNow certified implementation specialist - discovery (ITOM) and Certified system administrator.

What is the package that I can expect?

I'm thinking about starting with a new company. I'm a commercial workers compensation underwriter with almost 3 years of experience. I currently make around 38k but I'm hearing that this is low for the market. Thinking about going to Travlers or Hartford. Anyone have experience there? What was your salary?

When will the hike letter be released ?
Will the hike be reflected in Nov salary or in dec salary ?
I would like to know avg expected hike for career level 11

Partners/Principals - how do you focus and continue to work at the same rigor, if you have made your numbers or 75% of your numbers? Do you take it easy or continue to grind/ work long hours as usual?

Any @capgemini fishes here to confirm current salary band for C and SC? Ideally HR Transformation and EE experience but just good to get some numbers and what leeway is there in negotiation?

I mean I just cracked the interview to join KGS. And now again why do I need to attend interview? I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

A HR question I really want to understand. ISRS HR quoted a podcast "The not so great resignation" saying 70% regret leaving and many want to go back to old employer. If this really the case the employee likely left due to higher pay at the new company. If they want to boomerang back they will likely come back at even a higher rate than they left the new company for. So getting double raise when they boomeranged. Isn't it unbeneficial, why not just give employee a 7% raise in the first place?
