I'm a younger plaintiff's side attorney (31). Does anyone else feel like white attorneys give you a particularly harder time? Like unreasonably denying clear facts, or trying to fish for a way to sanction you? A friend of mine tried to refer me to a job and their recruiter told me to expect anywhere from 4-9 rounds of interviews before a decision is made. F that!
