Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.
Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

I once had a role of sales floor manager and I quit it after a month and went to my old role because it felt like I did not belong to the role. It was mainly because of the workload and expectations.
Every once in a while. It's usually when we've got a DM or GM in town and I get face time with them. They have a way of making me feel inferior and insecure, which is foolish because I know I'm good at my job. Luckily I have a terrible memory and tend to forget about those feelings immediately. You should too. Trust me, in this market, you would not have your job if you weren't good at it.
I feel this way now lowkey. Even though yes I did the hard work to get here and im only 25....compared to others in my position who've been with the company longer I have doubts if i even wanna be working there anymore

It's easy to feel overwhelmed. Long ago, I realised that upper management has to justify their job, and if they couldn't find anything wrong with your store, they wouldn't be needed.
But they (most likely) hired you. They believe in you. THEY know you can do the job. So, you just have to ignore the nagging voices, both internal and external, and remember why you are there in the first place.
