Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. The biggest thing I keep running and running around my head- after 8 months, why did he drop me? When he texted ending it l….it wasn’t me, like we weren’t us, his words were from someone else, like I didn’t matter.
