Intuit Expected intuit compensation
Current yoe: 12+ yrs exp

I got selected in intuit for staff engineer position.
I shared my counter offer for 1.10cr with them.
And I proposed 1.2cr as my expected TC.
They are yet to come back on the final compensation nos.
Can I get 1.20cr for my yoe in intuit or it is something beyond the cap of staff engineer in intuit?

I am not sure who needs to hear this but exactly one year ago, I was at my lowest point in life. Today, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. Life has truly been a rollercoaster these past few years for me.

I am sharing this to tell you that no matter what you’re feeling right now, it won’t last. Even the happiness I feel right now, I’ve had that stripped from me multiple times. That is LIFE. We have the good and the bad.

Hang in there if times are bad. If things are good, prepare to lose it too.
