Implementing a no-meeting friday rule. On Fridays everyone is allowed to leave as soon as their work is done, and there is absolutely no meetings that day. It's really improved morale and given people goals to reach at the end of the week.
Talk to your people. Ask your people what they need and give it to them.

Your teams’ responses should give you some insights to start with.
The main issue I see when managers want to improve employee satisfaction is that they don’t involve their team in the conversation.
Talk to your people, get to understand their needs and what matters to them, and give it to them. 🤷🏾♀️
