I feel like I constantly have these people reaching out (sometimes after long periods of no contact) with gofundme requests, MLMs, Girl Scout cookies… I don’t have the money for all this…

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this.
