However, it’s unclear if the employer will provide this through Teamviewer/VPN connection or will send an actual computer. I’m curious why more non-US citizens interested in FIRE don’t go live in a no/low tax jurisdiction even for a few years e.g. Dubai, some Caribbean islands.
