New losses, If we want a letter be sent out our behalf. We have to fill out a form with all the information so we might as well just do the letter ourselves .the information is easily accessible by somebody reading the notes, Wondering what every else's desks/work flow process and caseloads

Is it common to get burned out from job searching? I hit a point last year where I applied to almost 100 internships and at one point I gave up. I've changed some things since last year but I'm open to advice.
