Unless you’re a beginner I’d opt for more 30-minute sessions. Ideally you can just get in the track-man, take a few pointers, and then work at the range between sessions.
I worked at golf clubs, played collegiate golf and talked to tons of pros. Almost all of them would tell you that they are teaching for the first 10-15 minutes of a lesson and after that it’s just babysitting.

Both have their positives. It really depends what you need. A longer sessions can have you take more swings with different clubs and have them give you pointers before you do your own practice. The shorter sessions can focus on one small change to focus on before you come back. Both work just depends on the person.
See if you can mix & match - i.e buy the 6 pack and use 2 together for a 1 hour session & the rest 30 min
30 minutes is more than enough. 60 minutes will be them watching you swing for more than half the session…think of golf lessons as drinking thru a straw, not a fire house. Take small sips.
The only thing I can say about 60 minutes is you really need the first 10-20 to address the issue and attempt to resolve, the go do something else for 20, then come back and try to apply the changes “cold” the last 20.
Otherwise 30 is fine. Plus major swing changes generally will throw something else out of whack so more frequent is often better.
I appreciate all the advice! I’m going to go with the 30-min pack.
