Any thoughts or suggestions
In audit it always feels like everything is urgent. I ask myself “what is the risk that we are trying to address? What would happen if we fudged this procedure?” I give more time to higher risk procedures.
Do it to the best of my ability within the time constraints. Also, figure out which things matter most and give those the time. Speed through the rest. Not perfect, but you do what you have to under those circumstances. Does your job reward doing things right, or just doing things fast? Feels like it’s neither where I’m at.

I have the same, I think it helps to take a short break to reevaluate the situation then come back to it a few minutes later. Things are never that urgent and it’s more important you do the right thing than get it wrong.
