I've received the following opportunities as UX Designer.

22LPA +1LJB + 2K monthly Expenditure + Quarterly Bonus based on Company Performance

Or

30LPA + 1.5L Variable + 3L ESOP.

Both seem great companies.

What would be great in the long run in terms of taxes and benefits ?

Someone in my firms bowl just wrote about needing to pass a drug test. Out of 40 replies mine was the only one to say, ‘Get the help you need’ ... we use substances (pick your poison) to mask feelings and emotions. They all recommended ways to treat the symptom (request different engagement, stall it out, fake urine, etc).
