Joined Cibersites India Bangalore in Jan 2021 which is now htc global. There was no CTC revision with March 2022 salary, and so far, no news of CTC revision. I know employees working for over 24 months with no CTC revision. My question is are the appraisal formalities mere formalities? I'm unhappy about the pay structure. For a 65k PM CTC, I hardly get 52k in hand. With rising inflation, and no salary revisions, it's just going to be difficult. Tenured employees, please advise. 😥

HTC Global Services - ₹1L higher CTC than Virtusa (~5k more in-hand/month), close to home, minimal expenses, decent job security, but poor infrastructure, slow growth, not a top MNC.
Virtusa - ₹5k less in-hand + extra ₹15k/month expenses (PG + living), long commute (3 days WFO), but better infrastructure, stronger brand, better for career growth.
Net monthly difference after expenses: HTC + 20k vs.Virtusa.
-HTC (money + convenience), -Virtusa (career + environment).
Which would you choose?

Salaries: 100% on time, no doubt about it.
Leave policy: 6 casual, 6 sick,1/2 optional,15 PL’s (must utilise 5 in a year) and remaining will be carry forwarded.
Job security: depends, if your’e in project then yes. If out, they will give around 3 chances
