Finally got my hands on this

Happy pride month! 🏳️🌈
Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

I got the 21 Year Portwood recently, very good.
Awesome I’ll ask her to check it out!
How is it
Perfection
How/where did you get? I've been looking for it for a while myself
Port wood I can find anywhere. This French oak I’ve tried in NYC, DC, SF, and LA and can’t find it
Gorgeous! I could use a glass of that tonight. Anyone know where to find this in SF?
Ooooweeeee please tell me when and where. I'll drive across the country if I have to
If you really want it and can’t find it locally I’d be happy to grab a bottle and mail it to you from Chicago.
Nice!!! Please share your thoughts about this one.
Yessss let us knwo how it is.
This scotch was fantastic and here are some of my thoughts:
First thing I noticed was the color. More gold than amber colored, and more clear like a white wine than a scotch. Which makes sense given it’s finished off in a French Pineau oak cask.
Poured a dram. I always do neat on the first glass and a splash of water on the second. The nose was very floral: honey, citrus, vanilla and grapes. A few more sniffs and I could pick up a little bit of apple and some baking spices.
First sip I could taste the honey followed by those baking spices like ginger and a bit of cinnamon. Then I got a little bit of shortbread; like an unsweetened version of those royal danish shortbread cookies. Then vanilla and citrus. The second glass with a few drops of water brought out more of the sweetness, dark berries, some chocolate and more oak. Not a lot of peat and felt more like a wine than a scotch on my mouth and tongue.
The finish left a very pleasant and sweet taste; and it was fairly lengthy as well. I could taste it well after I finished the first glass. It almost reminds me of like a really good Swiss meringue. But there was a little bit of that honey, chocolate, and ginger spice.
Overall excellent scotch, and very unique. The French pineau cask def sets it apart from more traditional scotches that use sherry or port casks. If you like peaty scotches or dark bourbons, it may not be your jam but I highly recommend it
