Finding a new coach. I'm lost as how to find a new coach. Most of the people in my network are ones I want to keep on the inner-circle level or are swamped. I want someone external to my current network for less biased coaching. My current coach cannot remember my name, let alone what I do here. I don't foresee him speaking to what I've been doing, especially as a new hire w/ a client but waiting for clearance and just working on firm initiatives. I tried mentorcliq already. Advice?

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).
