Hi, I recently came across Scaler's MS program, which offers masters degree in collaboration with Woolf University (European University). And, I am looking move to Canada in near future. Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? When the only option is to be stressed and pressured. Tough work should be supported. Toxic work is piled on with no stopping point.
That can be very challenging. But I have learned that stress isn't something you necessarily feel every single day, even in high-stress work environments. Toxic jobs keep you stressed day in and day out with no relief.
I recently started seeing a naturopath and it turns out my cortisol levels were out of control. I had no idea. If you can’t leave your toxic environment, I suggest you seek support from a naturopath or similar to help you manage. I’ve always protected exercise in my life, but cleaner eating has also helped me to be more positive about work and life.
Yes! This was huge for me. Getting my cortisol under control made a world of difference.
Is there a way to manage the pressure?
