It’s really going to vary a lot on when people started dating. If you start at 27-30 probably going to be a lot faster than 19/20.
18 months, but we were older (27). I think you know more what you want at that point. We were engaged for another 18 months after that.
I highly recommend waiting at least 2 years at a minimum. Marriage is not something to take lightly and people change. Make sure you still like who they are after the initial "honeymoon" phase has worn off.
