For people already working at FedEx ACC, what is good and bad thing you noticed so far. Let me start:

Good:
Free Lunch.
Less Work Pressure.
Flexibility in work.

Bad:
Less Competent people (especially as managers).
Existing team members donot interact with new team members, treat them like aliens.
No desk allocated to people in Centaurus building.

Please Note: All are my personal opinions.

There will be negetivity because of the lack of response from HRs for the new setups like FedEx
I had the similar experience earlier,

Most of the management joins from the servicebased culture spoils the culture of product based environment in these new setups.

It would take some time to settle , at least one year.

Family/Divorce Lawyers: does any one have any recommendations for a family law attorney in PA? Looking for a post-nup. A family member owns assets pre marriage we want to protect and make sure stay in the family in the event of divorce. Family member did a shot gun wedding and we just found out.

Partner Interview (6th interview).
Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
