22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. I only bring in a little over $2,600 a month. After paying all my expenses, I get to put away $500 a month in savings but don’t have much wiggle room for anything else, including going out money.

There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

I made a mistake starting SIP in a ULIP. Used to invest 7500 per month starting from November 2018. I have discontinued my premium payments since last year. That is when my fund was moved to an interim surrender state and now it earns 4% per annum interest.
