Hi everyone - We are thinking of changing our wedding photographer after unsatisfactory engagement photos and unsatisfactory communication (unresponsive after multiple attempts). Anyone have a good online calculator or way to adjust their W-4 towards the end of the year so they don’t get slammed with a high tax bill? How early do you start studying for Level 3? And is it harder than level 2? I’m a little nervous since there’s a written part now.

Rescheduled my Level 1 exam from December to February. I’m worried that changing the date will means I need to buy new study materials, but how much of the curriculum could actually change? It seems like it should be the same.

My employer has a sponsorship program that the CFA qualifies for. They sponsor 100% but only after 6 months of full-time permanent employment; thus I will qualify in may 2023 (I just started). Should I wait for may for them to pay, or pay the initial costs myself to avoid delaying my career longer? I'm 26 & 1/4th and just graduated college. My new role and future career aspirations are finance / computer engineering hybrid. Current employer is in private banking.
