Best movie ever?
Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

I feel like calls usually happen with a purpose so it's not really awkward. We just do whatever needs to be done and hop off the call.

Thank you for your perspective
I work remote and I can say that I rarely have conversations with coworkers. It’s like everyone is in their own island. We have meetings weekly and most of them have their cameras off so it’s like I’m on my own in graduate class.
Online calls do feel awkward at times especially when I have patients that want help with written forms or they tell me about their city landmarks that I have no idea about.
Not who you're asking, but I'll answer that. I'm introverted and always struggled with being in the office because it completely drained my social battery and I had no energy left for my friends and family. I am so much happier now that I work remote, and I don't mind the solitude at all.
When I was working remotely that always felt like a problem. If you're in the office with someone and you need to ask them a question, it's no big deal. Having to ping them or do a video call just makes it a whole other thing somehow. It's one reason I don't mind working around people in person, some things are just more casual than they can be in remote scenarios.

I can def see how a small thing is now a bigger ordeal just because now you have to hop on a call
Not at all. I'm so accustomed to interacting only online that I don't even think twice about it. COVID made it all very normal.
