Hi all! I recently accepted a remote/hybrid RN position to try something new. Majority of my experience is at bedside. The pay is less than bedside (as a traveler), but more than a staff nurse. Are there any RN’s that left bedside for a remote position that can give advice on the work/life balance? What pros and cons do you encounter?

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.?
