For those who’ve been through different partnership models, what’s your view on high buy-in with high upside vs. lower buy-in with less volatility? I've heard arguments both ways and I wonder if one structure produces better long-term outcomes.

I’ve seen an emergence of low buy in / high upside / high volatility. Big 4 to me is low buy in / lower upside / lower volatility.

Interesting question but not sure why those are the models you chose to contrast. From my experience, High buy in doesn’t equate to high upside and low buy in doesn’t equate to less volatility. Is there a specific scenario you’re trying to understand?
