Have two offers (Firm A and Firm B). Made up my mind to accept Firm B’s offer. Got conflicts check forms for both firms. Should I fill out both conflicts forms?

Yes, although unlikely, there’s still a chance Firm B won’t go all the way thru.

I don’t think firms would start the conflicts process until you accept the offer.

There are stories of things going pear shaped VERY late in the process. Better safe than sorry with something like this.

@C1, definitely not accepting both offers, but both firms sent conflicts check forms along with the offer letters. They haven’t made it clear whether the forms should be submitted before I accept.

Yes! Don’t narrow your choices until you have to.
