Planning to buy vanguard ETFs only (Long term investments). Should I use Vanguard or Schwab?

I have $100K liquid cash over and above maxing out 401K, HSA, College fund, investments in Index funds and emergency fund. I plan to leave $25K for contingency. Recently switched jobs and had several thousand available to rollover into my new 401K. Also just got married/had a wild bachelor party/overspent on honeymoon, which led to me having about the same amount in high interest credit card debt. So, my question is, should I use my old 401K amount to just pay off my debt, taking the 10% hit in penalties, or should I roll it over to my new employers 401K?

The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.

Not 100% sure, but sounds like American univ. was originally telling students they would have in-person classes, but couldn’t live on campus. Recommended a few places to look for apts for students. So a friend rented an apartment in DC anticipating he would be attending in-person classes at AU. Now AU has cancelled all in-person classes. No claim to break the lease (probably) but thoughts on promissory estoppel vs. AU or anything else?? Thanks

If my lawyer sent a document with my signature on my behalf to the judge/investigator before I was ready for them to and didn’t notify me till several hours later when I asked when the final doc would go be ready for me to review, should I be upset? I was not copied or bcc’d on the email so I feel like this is unacceptable but not sure what lawyers usually do.
