Answer really depends on whether you are a fund accountant at an administrator or a fund accountant actually at a fund. I am at a fund, have 5 years total experience since college (3 years at big four) I make 150k base and get a 20-30% bonus. My annual raises have been in the 7-10% range but this year I am getting promoted and my new base will be 175k. My title is Accounting Associate (soon to be Accounting Manager)

I’m at a fund and it’s my first year at the fund. Also join from a big 4. That’s sounds like a great increase!!! Hope mines just as good! Also congrats on the promotion!

I am getting a 3% interest rate on a jumbo loan with 20% down on a $850,000 single family home. The ball park in July was 2.65 - 2.75
