They said it’s a market standard 10 hours shift but market standard is giving night shift allowance + free cab facility however genpact is charging for cab to male employees and no night shift allowance at all
Genpact is a shit company, i am paying more to do this job rather than getting anything in return
Absolutely right… she was saying that Genpact didn’t really want to give anything, but just to appear employee-friendly, they’re at least giving a variable pay increment as a formality. The way she said it was full of attitude. And then she goes on to say that this is only based on productivity — but it’s pretty clear that it’s all being done just to increase revenue.
I agree with the Principal Consultant. Anyone planning to join Genpact should think twice… take a counteroffer and join a better company.
We can accept the offer but choose not to join later right??

How much variable do we get . They mentioned 10% of basic yearly variable.
