Getting older has its pros and cons. One major con is that time seems to move much faster now. 16 hours in a day huh? Well if I spend 8-10 of those working, 1-2 commuting, and 1-2 eating and a few with kids, not really much time left over is there. How do you make sure to use your time effectively so that your life isn't slipping away?

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers.
