35+4 and almost certain I have the flu - cough, aches, low grade fever, headache, very sore throat from coughing. I’m seeing the doctor today, but how have you all coped if you’ve been here? This is miserable - Delsym only works so well, I had wanted to avoid Tylenol but need it for fever, and I have too many big meetings to not dial in today. 🤒🥱

I have been WFH ever since Covid hit. Which I love! ( I do miss the social part of it tho). But I feel ever since then, I became SUPER lazy. (Not with my work) I live in NYC. When I needed to go to the office, I would wake up at 5am, go to the gym, take the train, go to work, come home, cook, spend time with my daughter and help with HW and spend time with my husband. Do it all over the next day. Now my energy is SUPER low. Stopped working out too. Anyone here could share their WFH Routine?

Anyone had luck finding a good therapist who actually understands ADHD? Getting advice like "try taking a walk every day" and "practice these breathing exercises" is driving me crazy. I need actual solutions and shit, not just platitudes and internet worksheets.

What are some things you guys outsource to save time and/or money? Lately I've been thinking it would be nice to find someone to make medical chronologies for me. What has your experience been with the Calm app? Would you recommend the paid subscription? Plan to use it for managing anxiety but looks like they also cover relationships, self esteem etc.

Getting tested for sleep apnea has been a game-changer. Embarrassing, but the CPAP has given me so much more energy. I feel amazing. Hopefully now I can break the lethargy > bad habit cycle 🙏
