Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

I wouldn't even mention that. I'd give another reason. For example, you're looking to expand your responsibility and the new role would allow you to do that.
Definitely sugarcoat this, or, better yet, come up with a different reason for leaving. You don't want to come across as badmouthing a former employer, no matter how awful your boss was. It never looks good.
I do understand that. It feels wrong, no matter how justified it is. Maybe talk about the effects of the micromanaging instead of the micromanaging itself, e.g. "I didn't have any opportunity to upskill or grow in that position"?
I would definitely try to give a more diplomatic answer. Like saying something like, "I prefer to work independently and develop trust with my supervisors and I wasn't provided that opportunity at X Company."

You can answer this in a professional and positive way without lying. Focus on what you’re looking for rather than the negative experience: for example “I’m excited to move into a role where I can take on more responsibility and work more independently.” It’ll highlight your goals and avoid criticizing your former manager at the same time
