I got out of my water drinking habit and finding it hard to build back up to 100oz + per day. I don’t like the fact I’ve added in drinks with fake sweeteners to get more fluid intake. What do you all drink to supplement water that is better than some artificially flavored and/or colored beverage? I feel nothing exists and I just need to get back to my water habit. TTC for a while now, and I think my mind/body’s playing tricks on me. I didn’t have my regular period this cycle, more like spotting, and have bouts of nausea but the home kits have been negative. It’s trying to go through this every month.

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.
