CTC: ₹7.9L (TCS) GenAI and DS | 3 YOE | Pune

1. Startup – ₹20L Fixed + ₹13L equity(Private co.) Pune | Classical ML | (fast growth, but layoff risk)
2. HSBC – ₹15L Fixed | Bangalore | ML in Finance
3. KPMG – ₹15.7 Fixed + 10% variables | Bangalore | GenAI
4. Siemens – ₹15L Fixed+ ₹1.5L bonus | Pune | GenAI

Goal: FAANG in 2–3 yrs.
Want to save for ₹20–30L home in 2 yrs (₹10L from parents, rest by me).
Need balance of learning, stability & savings.

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

I graduated last year and was working with my university until last month. I extended my STEM OPT with my university before July 5th (first year OPT expiry). I got a new opportunity right after submitting my application & I notified my change in employer (submitted updated I-20 & I-983).
Last Friday, I got another opportunity that is way better than the current one and I don't want to miss. My STEM OPT application is still under review. Would it be okay if I change my employer again. Thanks!
