Got an offer from CTS for 23.93LPA includes 23LPA fixed, 70k variable and 23k for insurance. Is this a good offer for a QA automation engineer with 7 years experience?

How can I proceed further? Shall I ask my current company to retain me since I'm happy with the current companies work culture and flexibility?

Yes if you are happy with the current company , negotiate with them to match the other offer. The offer is good for 7yrs exp you can take it to 28 LPA try that. but first ask you current company to match the same.
