Got an offer from Deloitte with a 60% hike, but the location offered is Bangalore/Hyderabad.

I’m currently based in Gurugram and working from home, so my expenses are low and savings are good. I’m unsure if relocating would affect my savings significantly.

Is it possible to join in Bangalore/Hyderabad and later relocate to the Gurugram office within Deloitte?

It often feels like I'm dragged into meetings which don't require me to participate. If they aren't explicitly mandatory, can I just skip meetings?

Does the word “inclusion” do more harm than good? What if the panel we simply said “Diversity & Equity”? My thought here is that inclusion insinuates that anyone who isn’t in the “majority” needs to feel “included”, which could be somewhat off putting. Shouldn’t the goal be for everyone to feel equal instead of simply feeling included? I’d love to get some opinions on this!

I’m 40 and recently transitioned to UX/Product Design. I completed a bootcamp, continue to improve my skills. I network, have coffee chats, attend virtual events, iterated my portfolio and resume.
