Got suspended for asking my team to be accountable. After nine years of building this company from a startup to a scale-up, I raised concerns about increasing indiscipline. The response? A two-week unpaid suspension, no formal warning, just vague claims of "abuse." Still expected to work. Wild. But I’d rather stand for leadership and integrity than stay silent. Annoyingly, he mental stress of job hunting and multiple interviews is keeping me stuck. I need help, right?

Is it normal for a company to directly share offer letter to sign without me accepting verbally, they know I have competing offer.

This week, I received a letter in the mail from a Catholic church in SC. So apparently my ex is trying to get our marriage annulled. We have been divorced for 20 years now. The letter said they wanted to ask me general questions about our marriage. I really don't want to talk to anybody about my past relationship with my ex. The letter said they could issue a subpoena to make me comply. Not sure why she is doing this? She remarried and had a child. So not sure what she has to gain by this? Cont.

Whether we need to Collect the Laptop from the HCL Office directly, as I got the Mail from them to collect the laptop from their Jigani Campus. Why they will not send to our home address???? Kindly confirm guys, as i am a new joiner.
