Got two offers and would love some advice. Both are for Product Strategy roles. 1. Capital One: seems to have better WLB than most other C1 teams, but I’ve read mixed feedback about the company’s performance management culture.
2. Salesforce: on a newer, fast-growing team that I expect to be more demanding than most SF teams.
No big difference in total comp.
