In a fan of Xlookup. Took me a while to convert myself from vlookup but now it’s all I use.

If you're not using it in a daily basis, you're misusing Excel

OFFSET and SUMIFS, closely followed by MINIFS in conjunction with INDEX/ MATCH because I have to make Excel behave like a (normalized) relational database.
IFS( or if i'm especially lazy IFERROR(. I wrap every formula with some sort of error handling as it looks unprofessional and #N/As bother me but they also break other formulas/powerquery.
I have several that I use on the daily - SUBTOTAL, IF, XLOOKUP, TEXT - to name a few.
LET is up there for me now, but mostly because I wrap all my lookups with a LET to turn 0s into blanks.
Sumifs / countifs / index-match / unique
XLOOKUP & INDEX/MATCH > VLOOKUP
LAMBA, MAP, LET.
and DataTables (Alt-A-W-T) galore.
Even better putting lambdas in the name manager.
