Guys, GenAI/Agentic AI or Traditional ML/DL Research & Model building?

Looks like anyone from a software engineering background can enter GenAI and the workflows are getting automated. I am into pure DL research, model development and fine tuning from the last 9 years.

What should be the path now? Continue the same or move totally to GenAI or Agentic ?

I am interested in getting my SHRM-CP certification this year and I was wondering which study methods and materials worked best for those of you who passed the exam. Also, what are your roles in HR?!

Looking for advice…I currently make $85k + 35% bonus. I’m interviewing for a job that I now know pays $70k + 15% bonus. Obviously that’s a steep cut. The only reasons I’m still interested are that it’s in crypto operations which I’d like to transition to, and it’s back on the east coast closer to family. I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark.
