Hello fishes,
I am on notice period and m joining TCS by nex tmonth end.now I received the CTC revision of 9.8 which was 8.9 by before ....in TCS offer is 15lpa..is it can I ask the HR more like one lakh plus as they revised me in Cognizant? Or shal I just move on ?pls guide me will TCS revise ?

I don't know why people here are suggesting that affidavit is not required with such high confidence. If you have a gap of 6 months or more in education or employment or between education and employment, GAP AFFIDAVIT IS REQUIRED!. Otherwise they won't onboard you. TCS is very strict in such matters. So please get an affidavit before the joining day. The format differs from state to state, but you can find a sample copy in iBegin, offline forms section I guess. 20rs is the minimum value of stamp paper required
I am speaking about 2023 and NOT 2019. I joined a couple of months back as a lateral in Bangalore and people who didn't have gap affidavit (with gap of 6 months or more) were NOT ALLOWED TO ONBOARD until they presented the same. This happened infront of me and I believe that makes me eligible to give the reply with confidence. If you are not sure about the current situation, please don't give people wrong advices which would risk their job. You are not bound to reply to every query here.

Yes. Infact all the lawyer office having tcs format .. when i go and say i need some affidavit for tcs.
He readily having samples and show which one u want
