Guys, ​I'm currently earning 8.44 LPA at WPP (branding, content, marketing experience - 2. 5+ years). Got an offer from a mid-sized MNC at 12.5 LPA (~1L variable) for a similar role, but as a sole marketing guy. Expecting ~10% hike + possible promotion internally.

​Should I take the offer, negotiate more, use it to counter internally, or hold it for leverage elsewhere?

​Would love insights on industry standards and if this is a fair jump or worth pushing further.

Female here and I hate to say it! But whenever I’m pull to a new project I secretly hope I don’t get a female lead. 😞 I had some interesting experiences with women leads, which it does not apply to all women!, but I feel a bit hesitant and I feel is ptsd lol how can I overcome this mentality?!
