Guys need help. I was working with Ericsson and I have now changed ny company to HCL. I cant transfer my PF since HCL is asking Annexure K. I tried raising EPFO grievance but they are saying contact concerned PF office. How in the world can i find the concerned PF office? Should I contact Ericsson to get my annexure K? Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .
