New to TX and got pulled over on my way home from the grocery store. Cop gave me a ticket for rolling through a stop sign. I would think cops have bigger fish to fry but apparently not. How do these things go in TX? Should I pay it and move on? Fight it? Will my car insurance go up?

I’m a nurse practitioner looking to make a complete career switch to consulting. I’ve seen a few healthcare consulting positions where I meet requirements but not a ton. I have interviews set up with McKinsey and Deloitte but I would love to know of any other consulting firms. Hi all, so I do graphic, illustration, and video as an in house designer. I have no degrees or certificate and got the job based on a portfolio. On the daily im processing photos, illustrating, product packaging, 30sec product commercials, and other various design related jobs. 1) Global tech company, but role is very technical and specific. New role so not a clear path of progression, although there’a flexibility for internal transfer within the department.

2) North America financial service company, role is highly visible as I get to touch different areas, will definitely learn a lot. I like financial services but not as much as tech.
